He uses horror elements from such movies as evil dead. I still very much enjoyed it but the thing that stood out to me is Sam raimi. Some parts are very messy and I feel like they cut this movie way too short. Though the writing is a bit sloppy and messy at times in the movie most of the dialogue is pretty good.
